Here is a step by step process on how to place your order in our online store:
STEP 1. BROWSE PRODUCTS
- Go to www.olympus.com.ph and browse items with our PRODUCTS category which will be found in our navigational menu. Choose your sub-category or type your query in the Search box.
STEP 2. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT
- Choose your product by clicking on the item or description of the product that catches your eye and choose the size or color (if option is available) of your preference. This will bring you the product details.
STEP 3. ADD TO CART
- Check product information at the bottom part of the product page.
- Check product availability. If item is out-of-stock in our online store, please call our Customer Service at Cel. # 09175364265 to confirm availability of our product.
- Click ADD TO CART button to purchase the item. A small dialog box will popup confirming that the item was added to your cart.
- Click on the shopping cart icon at the upper-right corner to view your shopping cart.
STEP 4. CHECKOUT YOUR ORDER
- Check your cart details and the quantity of the product.
- Once all the items required are in the correct quantities, sizes and colors in the shopping cart, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to place your order or add further products to the shopping cart by simply clicking CONTINUE SHOPPING.
STEP 5. REGISTER OR LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- Returning Customer
- If you already have a personal S.E.A. Olympus Marketing, Inc. account, enter your email address and password.
- Click LOGIN to continue.
- New Customer
- Register an account by entering your email address then click CREATE AN ACCOUNT to proceed.
- Please enter your PERSONAL INFORMATION and your ADDRESS details into the fields accordingly. Fields marked with * are mandatory for your order to be processed. Simply select the appropriate button and click REGISTER.
- Entering your telephone or cellphone number is very important as to dealing with any subsequent queries.
STEP 6. PROVIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Tick the check box beside "Use the delivery address as the billing address" option if you want your order to be delivered to the address you provided upon registration; it will serve as your billing address as well.
- Click ADD A NEW ADDRESS button to deliver to a different address.
- If you would like to add a comment about your order, please write it in the text area for any notes.
- Click NEXT button to continue placing your order. You may also click PREVIOUS to go back to the previous pages if you would like to change any information.
STEP 7. SELECT SHIPPING METHOD
- Choose your delivery method:
- For Pick-up – if you prefer to get the item directly in our office. This option will not charge you any shipping fee. (Applicable for large or heavy items only)
- Our Courier – if you want the item to be delivered to the address you specified in your account. (Applicable for small items only)
- After choosing your delivery method, click NEXT button to proceed to payment or click PREVIOUS to go back to the previous pages.
STEP 8. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
- ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Your entire order will show once more. Please check your order summary and the shipping fee. If changes need to be made, click PREVIOUS to go back and correct data.
- PAYMENT METHOD
- Once everything is correct, proceed and choose the payment method that is most convenient to you.
- PAY BY BANK WIRE / BANK DEPOSIT
- Your order summary will be shown upon choosing this option. Click on I CONFIRM MY ORDER to finalize your order or click on OTHER PAYMENT METHODS to select another option.
- Once you confirm your order, a list of bank account information will be displayed on the next page or will be sent to you via email. If none, please call our Customer Service and ask for the details.
- Scan or take a clear photo of your deposit slip and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number on the subject line of the email.
Note: Please note that we cannot trace payments without informing us the complete details.
- PAY WITH PAYPAL OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (VISA | MASTERCARD | DISCOVER | AMERICAN EXPRESS)
- If you choose to pay with PayPal rather than using your credit card, you must have an account on PayPal. If none, you may register. Visit www.paypal.com to know how the payment system works using Paypal.
- Upon choosing PayPal payment option, you will be redirected to PayPal website to login to your PayPal account. Just enter your email address and password, then click on Log In to continue. Click Pay Now to finalize your order.
- If you opt to pay using your credit or debit card, enter all the required information associated with your card into the fields and click on Pay if you want to finalize your order.
* Customer will receive an email notification that the order has been placed.
