QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate research and development of products for innovation to best serve clients' needs.
  • Respond to technical inquiries of clients and co-employees regarding products using a service-oriented approach
  • Conduct competitors' product comparisons to improve the company's competitive advantage
  • Provide technical support to sales group to help meet sales objectives
  • Conduct troubleshooting of products and recommends solution and preventive measures
  • Conduct quality control testing of products and identify processes that affect product quality
  • Conduct site inspection of projects in view of the quality of materials used and method of installation
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or any related course

CUSTOMER SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
  • Receive calls for inquiries and booking.
  • Entertain and accommodate inquiries for walk-in clients.
  • Make requests in the helpdesk for new client names, contractors incentives, item code creation and etc.
  • Assist Sales Executives with their bookings & quotations.
  • Process transactions of walk-in clients.
  • Process pull-out forms needed by Sales Executives and marketing.
  • Monitor pending bookings and ask for assistance from SE for updates
  • Submit necessary documents for project process deployment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

MARKETING STAFF

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, expenses, and partnerships.
  • Maintain records of customers under loyalty programs and analyze historical activity for future planning.
  • Conduct fieldwork with the sales team or independently to gather insights and refresh clients on campaigns.
  • Oversee loyalty programs and policies to enhance customer retention.
  • Train and support sales teams on new products and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and analyze client reports and activity performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and represent the company in tradeshows, events, and promotional activities.
  • Develop sponsorship tie-ups and propose ROI plans.

WAREHOUSE STAFF

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the distribution activities of warehouse such as invoicing and transmittal of trade documents, crating, delivery and shipping of orders, vehicle utilization, DAILY planning, assigning daily work, submission of reports, overlook security and improvements of the distribution team
  • Counting warehouse materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
  • Distributing or stocking merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related courses
  • Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in warehousing management and inventory

 

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Inventory, and tax reporting.
  • Recruits, supervises, and mentors a team member conducts performance evaluations, and provides training and guidance as needed.
  • Develops and maintains accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations set by management.
  • Prepares and reviews periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other supplemental reports.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Net suite, as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and manage people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

PROJECT OFFICER - ENGINEERING

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Quality Standard Compliance - ensures projects are delivered and accepted after passing the quality inspection and completing punch list.
  • Project Updating and Effective Feedback Management - constant and regular project updating in GC, System templates and communication to stakeholders.
  • Equipment and Tools Management - Ensure downtime rate is at its lowest to zero occurrence with the implementation of PMS and standard process compliance.
  • Resources Management and Budget Adherence - evaluates financial control and cost management. Proper budget planning and project preparation should be done to avoid add on requests.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of BS on CE, undergrad may apply as long as with civil-work-related experience
  • Proficient use of MS office programs needed
  • Capable in resolving site issues and concerns
  • Honest and dependable
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Time conscious

 

STORE COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including inventory, maintenance, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage staff and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain store supplies and equipment.
  • Drive sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
