Returns and Exchange

Thank you for shopping at S.E.A. Olympus Marketing Inc.!

We offer item exchange within the first seven (7) days of your purchase, if seven (7) days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Please make note that there is strictly no cancellation of purchased items. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent to the User’s email address rearrangement of delivery point is already prohibited.

For claims of exchange, the User should email shop@olympus.com.ph stating the following:

  1. claim justification and reason (photos are highly encouraged)
  2. shipment tracking number
  3. invoice number or attaching all necessary documentation that would justify the claim/return


A thorough review will be done by our quality assurance department with a turnaround time of ten (10) working days. In the duration of the review, the User should consent and cooperate for any follow up questions via email or call. S.E.A. Olympus Marketing Inc. may require retrieving the purchased item from the User for additional verification. If the claim/return has been granted S.E.A. Olympus Marketing Inc. shall at once replace the defective item.


Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Claim should be made within 7 days after item receipt.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition from when you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
