SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Recruit. train, and motivate a team of salespeople, including the CSA
- Develop a sales plan to support the overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Track sales performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, QA team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field
- Sales experience of no less than 10 years with good track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to interpret sales data and market trends
- Computer literacy in MS word and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
SALES SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- To oversee, coach monitor Sales Executives to ensure sales achievement in accordance to targets set.
- To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate markets & achieve company goals.
- To promote & sell SOMI products, to seek leads, arrange & do client meetings.
- Submit reports & adhere to company policies.
- Maintain a positive attitude within sales team that promotes teamwork and a favorable image of the company.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent supervisorial skills, expert in negotiation skills, proficient skill in computer for business presentation, proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Preferably with 2 years & up Supervisory experienced specializing in Sales or equivalent
