Sparko Vinyl Sealer Pure is a specialized vinyl based wood sealer designed to improve adhesion and seal porous wood surfaces before the application of finishing coats. It dries through solvent evaporation, producing a smooth, well sealed surface with excellent adhesion, making it ideal for interior wood furniture, cabinetry, MDF, and engineered wood applications, especially on oily or resinous wood species.

Drying time: 15-30 minutes

Primary Application: Sealing and priming
interior wood furniture, MDF, particleboard,
and porous timber before Nitrocellulose (NC)
or Vinyl topcoats.

Recommended Substrates: Solid wood,
pine, indigenous hardwoods, MDF (including
cut edges), particleboard, plywood, and other
porous wood-based panels.

Dilution: Recommended thinning with 601
SPARKO LACQUER THINNER according to
the required application viscosity.

Drying & Performance: Fast solvent
evaporative drying with excellent penetration,
strong adhesion to oily or resinous woods,
improved sealing of porous substrates, and
enhanced topcoat performance. Suitable as
an edge sealer replacement for MDF and
other engineered wood surfaces.
